Translation Methodology
The translation process has 5 basic steps:
1- Quote - The translation procedure starts as soon as document(s) and instructions are submitted via email. The project is evaluated and a quote is returned for your approval. This process is free of cost.
2- Project Manager Assignment - Once the quote is accepted, a project manager is assigned to communicate and oversee all aspects of the translation project. We will remain in communication irrespective of project duration, communicating is one factor that leads all our projects. Updating clients about progress, receiving and accepting changes leads to a successful project completion.
3- Translator Assignment -Native translators suited to your specific needs are selected and assigned.
4- Translation -Translation is carried out and project submitted back to Project Manager.
5- Formatting, Desktop Publishing and Page Setting -The project manager oversees reformatting of the translated document(s). A replica of source document is made in translated language, and desired file format.
6- Proofreading -After formatting is complete, a native language proofreader proofreads and returns the document(s) for delivery to the client.
